Osama bin Laden killed by US President Commando Obama!

President Obama went on television last night and spent about 9 minutes taking personal credit for the death of Osama bin Laden. During what looked like an obvious self-promoting re-election stump speech in the White House he used his two favorite words “I” and “Me” numerous times when describing how “HE” found and killed Osama Bin Laden.

It was as if he himself found the whereabouts of the notorious world terrorist clothed himself in commando garb, slathered camouflage paint on his face, threw an M16 over his shoulder, dropped into the compound screamed out; “Osama Bin Laden Obama is here and let me be clear on this, I’m here to take you out so that I can reassure my re-election. No matter what you do, you’re gonna’ make my day!”

While students in several major cities gathered to celebrate the death of bin Laden, those that gathered at the former Texas residence of President Bush held signs that read: “Obama forgot to say “Thank You President Bush.”

I think it is ultimate arrogance for Obama to take credit for this while never once mentioning the military leaders who actually found the whereabouts and created the plan to take out bin Laden.

The office of President George W. Bush leased a statement that said: “Earlier this evening, President Obama called to inform me that American forces killed Osama bin Laden, the leader of the al Qaeda network that attacked America on September 11, 2001. I congratulated him and the men and women of our military and intelligence communities who devoted their lives to this mission. They have our everlasting gratitude. This momentous achievement marks a victory for America, for people who seek peace around the world, and for all those who lost loved ones on September 11, 2001. The fight against terror goes on, but tonight America has sent an unmistakable message: No matter how long it takes, justice will be done.”

Even Secretary of State Hillary Clinton gave some credit to Pakistan for helping the US to find the compound where al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden had been hiding. She said to reporters at the State Department on Monday; “Pakistan has contributed greatly to our efforts to dismantle al-Qaida. In fact, cooperation with Pakistan helped lead us to bin Laden and the compound in which he was hiding."

It is obvious that President Obama is desperately looking at every opportunity to improve his poll ratings and this event may do just that at least it may help him beat the Obama candidate of 2008 who according to Seth Meyers at the annual White House Correspondents Association dinner last Saturday April 30th said; “Obama 2008 would easily beat the current Obama in the next election.”

Well commander in chief, maybe the death of Osama bin Laden will give you that political boost you so desperately need, unless you decide tomorrow to go out and do some more apologizing for America!

  1. Wow take a chill pill Phil. I didn't vote for the guy but I watched the speech and didn't see any of what you write about here. Sometimes our dislike for a political figure can go so far as to become irrational, and make us see and say things that aren't there. I think you're reached that point. It's not productive and doesn't make it any easier for conservatives to convince undecided voters we're not just angry we lost elections.

    Settle down. Knit something.
